Daughter of the deputy governor of Akwa Ibom dead few months after her wedding

Akwa Ibom Deputy Governor, Sen. Akon Eyakenyi, has lost his daughter seven months after her wedding.


Blessing and her husband, Olumuyiwa Adewumi, got married on June 22, 2024.


It was said that, Blessing d!ed from complications during childbirth in a hospital in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.


Condolences from State Government officials, politicians and friends have been pouring in for the bereaved family since the sad news broke on Monday night, January 27.

Destiny Etiko and Actress Queeneth Hilbert Fight Over A Man

    Popular Nigerian actress, Queeneth Hilbert has dragged her colleague, Destiny Etiko for snatching her man. Queeneth Hilbert who made the allegation in a viral video on social media, threatened to beat Etiko up if she visits Asaba, the Delta state capital. Multichoice confirmed the upcoming season, with more details set to be shared in the coming weeks. The details regarding the auditions was revealed through a post on Big Brother Naija’s official Instagram page this past Saturday. According to the post, the online auditions have been open since May 3, 2025, and close on May 7, 2025.
